If you and I agree that I can help, you then engage me for a Commercialization Review, in which I perform my preliminary assessment of your business, its potential, and whether I see a viable and scalable business model.

Assess the depth and breadth of the pain that buyer experiences and what they will pay to solve it.

Assess your current service delivery model, pricing, and infrastructure.
04.
Review your existing marketing assets, including your digital footprint and messaging.
05.
Identify the structural bottlenecks that prevent your business from scaling.
06.
Establish a clear 'Go/No-Go' recommendation for a full Business Model Build.
What I Will Tell You
If your asset will not support a business, the Review will say so, and $2,500 will have saved lots of wasted future time and money. If your asset has a bright future, you will know what it is worth and what it takes to build. Either answer is worth having in writing.
